I remember it like it was yesterday. I took the assessment after hearing about the enneagram (the Lord had already been revealing some internal issues that I needed to address). As I read over the results, I felt seen and understood for the first time. Tears rolled down my face as I began to realize the parts of me that others or even I may have deemed broken and unusable, God created in me for a unique purpose. Over the past 5+ years, the Lord has used the enneagram as a tool, along with His Word, to help bring about a deeper healing, understanding, and enlightenment about my identity in Him.

I long to see others experience the same life-changing journey as I have. Change is hard, but staying the same is also hard. You deserve to live the life that God intended for you to live.

As a 5, I am very objective and have a great gift for seeing all sides and perspectives of a situation. I like to dig deep and analyze the “why” behind certain behaviors and motives. We have to shine a light on the roots of our beliefs so that we can completely pull up old beliefs and plant new beliefs. I want to see you reach your full potential and give you the tools to succeed at achieving anything you decide you want to do.

Professionally, I have over 11 years of experience along with education and a certification in Human Resources. I have a passion for creating a cultivating environment within the workplace. If you focus on your people first, you will never have to worry about productivity. I believe it is the company culture that develops, retains, and challenges growth in employees. Culture is not only set on a leadership level, but also within each departmental team. Taking the time to learn how your team works best when it comes to their unique personality strengths and weaknesses, communication practices, and conflict resolution will never be a wasted effort. In my experience, you will begin to see an immediate transformation. I would love the opportunity to help drive a culture of cohesive individuality within your team or company.

I currently live in Lagrange, GA. I am married to my best friend and Type 1 husband (our house is very interesting) of 13 years. We have 4 dogs that are completely spoiled rotten. We pastor a wonderful church called Restoration Chapel. In our free time, we enjoy being by the ocean whether we are fishing, kayaking, scuba diving, or just lounging on the beach.
