Each staff retreat is customized to the organization’s needs and desired outcomes. They blend individual and group work focused on developing the individual, teams, and the organization. Time to interact, reflect, and just “be” with themselves and each other is built into the retreat. Because retreats are highly customized, packages must be specially designed. Retreats range from 1 to 4 days.

Executive Leadership Group(Contact for Price)
The Executive’s group is a closed mastermind community for experienced nonprofit leaders. Each group is limited to a maximum of 18 participants during any one “season” of the group. (A season is 12 months, depending on the structure desired.) The Executive’s Group begins with an in-person, on-site, full-day session in which members become acquainted with one another; each individual identifies their learning and growth priorities, where they hope to be within the next 6-12 months and the gap between where they are starting and the future they seek. Each leaves the session with their 3-month action priorities and their first 2-week action commitment plan and identifies an accountability partner from the group. The group then meets virtually for two hours each month. Members submit questions before the mastermind call, so that key questions and concerns can be identified and addressed during the time available. The first hour of each call is dedicated to members’ progress updates and discussion of what and how to advance toward goals, and the balance of the session focuses on addressing questions. Successes and challenges of the previous month are shared, and solutions are suggested. Once per quarter, a more extended 3-hour session with a dedicated training session is provided, specifically to address the individual and group’s learning objectives. At the end of the year, the group will be reconvened in another day-long reflection and advance session.Executives’ Group requires a minimum of eight individuals. Each must commit to participating in all sessions, creating their one-year goals, 3-month action priorities, and 2-week action commitment plan, which will be updated on a rolling basis. Each person is responsible for serving as another’s accountability partner and checking in at least weekly with one another on their plans.

Reviews

“I have worked with Sarah for many years in many roles. With humor and professionalism, she is able to navigate groups through rough issues and projects, leaving everyone with their dignity and clear direction Sarah has the unique ability to see the strength of individuals and groups that they don’t see. She then guides participants in realizing their own strengths with grace and clarity.” ~ Andrea Mitchell, AIM Development Group

“Working with Sarah has allowed me to see the benefit of having someone support, guide, ask questions, and really give me the accountability and insight I need to take things to the next level. I believe that prior to you, I’ve only worked with coaches that give input and advice versus actual coaching support, accountability, and expertise. So thank you for this.” ~ Strategic Vision Coaching Client

“Sarah’s guidance through nonprofit capacity building and annual strategic planning and review provided the Mom & Dad project with an accountability process to laser focus our work while consistently enhancing our staff’s individual and team development.” ~ Jeffry A.
