About
Integrating Spiritual Direction, Gospel teaching, Contemplative prayer and the Enneagram to support a wholistic coaching approach.
Hi friend! I’m glad you’ve found my page 🙂
I feel called to ministry that combines Enneagram and Myers-Brigg’s personality type coaching with an orientation toward Spiritual Direction, Gospel teaching and Emotional and Relational Health. My desire is to support others on their spiritual journey through connection with the Divine, contemplative practice, prayer, exploration of self-knowledge and spiritual practices that promote emotional and spiritual wellness.
My passion is developing people through training, coaching, workshops, reflection and experiential activities (turning self-awareness into action).
I’m an INFJ (Myers-Briggs), a 4 with a 5 wing (on the Enneagram) and a Seeker, Sage, Revolutionary (on the Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator). I’m a mother of 2 and a small business owner with my husband Tobin. I enjoy serving my local church community is various roles such as Contemplative prayer practice leader and Labyrinth Facilitator.
Testimonials
Rebecca’s sensitive, non-judgmental approach and ability to discuss truths in either spiritual or secular terms is a true gift. Her understanding of the enneagram and its profound impact on our lives has been more helpful to me than years of therapy.
I have often told friends who are struggling, “Oh, I wish you would talk to my enneagram coach, Rebecca!” Sometimes they have and they’ve thanked me for putting them in touch. Rebecca has a definite gift, and she uses it for the greater good. I am on a healthier path thanks to her compassionate and wise coaching.

Education
The goal of this Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator Training is to prepare people to introduce others to the labyrinth in an articulate, professional and effective way. The training addresses contemplative practice that includes (prayer, meditative walking and ceremonial use). It is focused primarily on the Eleven Circuit Medieval Labyrinth but is inclusive of all forms. "The labyrinth is a spiritual tool that has many applications in various settings. It reduces stress, quiets the mind and opens the heart. It is a walking meditation, a path of prayer, and a blue-print where psyche meets Spirit." -- The Reverend Dr. Lauren Artress
