I first heard about the Enneagram around 2016. At first I thought it was just another personality typing tool, but quickly learned that it is so much more. The Enneagram has taught me about my core motivations and how they drive my actions and shape my view of the world and others. The Enneagram has also provided a path of growth for me as an individual which has deeply impacted my relationships with family, friends and beyond. I look forward to walking with others as they discover the Enneagram and the growth available to them.

I am a wife, mother and RN. I work as a pediatric nurse part-time but I am very excited about my new adventures as an Enneagram coach!

In this introductory session, I will provide you will an overview of the YEC three-step coaching process, learn more about your desires/needs and answer any questions you might have.

Discovering You Sessions
Your coach will help guide you through a 1 hour session in discovering your main Enneagram type.

Exploring You Sessions
There are five sessions, 60 min each, in this series. Each session has a customized Guide Sheet that your coach will guide you through so you can learn and grow without becoming overwhelmed.

Becoming Your Truest Self
After completing the Discovering and Exploring You sessions, your coach will help you apply all you learned into your everyday life (personal, professional, and spiritual). This is a 1 hour session.
