I partner with pastors, ministry leaders and other highly motivated leaders (persons of influence) to bring clarity to their, passion, priorities, calling, work life balance, ministry outcomes, team building, and transitions, as they seek to grow in their personal and professional life.

As a partner, I love working with leaders to see them become all that God uniquely intended them to be in their professional and personal lives. I love to tap into the contemplative practices to hear what the Spirit is saying to the individual.

I also use the Enneagram to help clients become more aware of who they are, Whose they are and why they do, think and feel the way they do.

When relaxing, I can be found puttering in my yard, hiking, camping, kayaking or reading around the campfire morning or evening.
