If I’ve learned one thing in this life, it’s that communication is the responsibility of the communicator. If your message isn’t getting across, you have to know how to change your communication to fit the needs of the people you are speaking with.

As a former teacher, school administrator, and military spouse, I have always been focused on understanding people, finding the best in them, and communicating effectively. This skill has been integral to my success throughout my career.

When we can meet others where they are, we increase our capacity to build trust and lead them.

Leadership is not positional, and there is nothing stronger than showing empathy in the workplace.

I believe that when you understand yourself and others, you can overcome any barrier to communication.

You do not need a position to lead. You don’t need permission to lead. All you need is a heart of service and a desire to look around and ask, “How can I best be of service to others?”

LEAD Session (1) - (Learn)
The first step in Enneagram coaching is to learn about what type you are. In this typing session, we will work to discover your Enneagram type, discuss the strengths and blind spots of your type, and work through any questions you may have.

LEAD Sessions (3) - (Explore)
(Three sessions). The next step is to explore your type. This includes a Typing Session and Enneagram report. In these sessions, we will focus on your core type and your arrows, subtype, and wings and opportunities they present for personal growth.

LEAD Sessions (6) - (Assess)
(Six sessions). Once you have learned your type and explored opportunities for growth, the next step is to assess specific areas of focus for development. This includes a Typing Session and an Enneagram report. In the following sessions, we will take an intensive look at your enneagram profile and determine action steps for personal development.

Once you have learned, explored, and assessed, the next step is to determine the way forward.
