Cecilia Mok

I am a Certified Enneagram Coach, Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and a Registered Counsellor of the Singapore Association for Counselling. The Enneagram coaching augments my work as a psychotherapist that is trauma- and neuroscience-informed, with IFS therapy forming the overarching framework of my work. IFS, as a psychospiritual model, complements well with Enneagram to discover our inner world and motivations of our personality types, or parts in IFS language. Together, they offer healing of wounds from our childhood messages that drive our parts and provide clear pathways to transformation and growth.

You will gain life skills of connecting with your inner world as well as Polyvagal Theory-informed emotional regulation such as Brainspotting, HeartMath, IFS-informed meditation and more. I am also certified in Sandtray Therapy that is helpful for the younger population and as an alternative way to explore the inner world in a non-verbal way.

Enneagram helps me to deepen my own inner work as a therapist. I am an Enneagram Type 9 and both wings resonate with me in that Type 1 upholds the professional and ethical standards of my work and Type 8 is the advocate for matters dear to my heart (the brave part of me for a main Type 9!). I recently discovered an innate Type 5 who has always been curious and particularly enjoys delving into the various aspects of wholistic well-being.
