About
Lately, I’ve been reflecting a lot on the concept of change. I am finally on the verge of reaching a long-held goal, and suddenly realized that the closer I get to achieving this goal, the more anxious I feel about what lies ahead. Will this make me happy? How will this decision impact my finances? Will it restrict my time or limit my travel opportunities? Is there a chance I might regret or resent all the hard work I’ve put into achieving this dream?
As a classic Enneagram Type 6, I can easily find myself resisting change or needing ample time to consider a multitude of potential challenges before finally being willing to take the plunge. The good news is that being aware of these traits allows me to recognize what is happening, unpack my fears, and shift my actions, or seek help from others who can guide me through the process.
How do you approach change? Are you excited to take on new challenges, do you need time to adjust, or are you tempted to ignore what is going on? Do you feel overwhelmed or drained when faced with change, or do you see it as an obstacle to overcome? Our responses to change are directly shaped by our personality types.
The Enneagram serves as a fantastic resource for gaining deeper insights into ourselves and promoting personal development. By learning to recognize your patterns of well-being and self-sabotage, you will learn how to navigate roadblocks and embrace your life. I would be thrilled to assist you on a journey filled with self-discovery and growth!
Things about me:
• I am a Type 6 with a strong 5 wing. I can worry easily, I like to research stuff, and I need time alone to recharge my batteries.
• I hate cooked peas and carrots, but I don’t mind them raw.
• I want to learn the banjo, but I am starting with the ukulele first because it seems less intimidating
• I usually need time to think about it—whatever it is.

Reviews:
“I did not know what to expect when I took this Enneagram course, but I was very excited to do it with coach, Carrie Jeffries. I felt so at ease with her. It was very easy to open up to her & express myself. She even incorporated quotes that were tailor made for me! I appreciate her professionalism and kindness so much & would recommend her to anyone who would be interested in taking this course!”
“Carrie is a great Enneagram Coach. I enjoyed the homework that she gave me each week. It helped me reflect on myself and look into myself. She always brought me back to God, I am a creation of God, and I am safe and secure in Him. She gave great resources as well, such as book suggestions, or a prayer from a book that related to what we had discussed in our session. Carrie is very encouraging and a blessing.”
“I would definitely recommend Carrie as an Enneagram Coach. She has a gift of imparting wisdom and understanding while giving clarity in those uncertain moments. This whole process helped me to dig deeper into the why, what, and how of my life to create a positive change.”
