This Site offers certification standards for personal enneagram coaches based on the YEC‘Become and Enneagram Coach Certification’ coursework and/or all subsequent certificationendorsements including but not limited to ‘Marriage & Family,’ ‘Ministry,’ and ‘Business,’ and/orYour Enneagram Coach—The Network.

This Site does not provide psychological advice or training. The content of the YEC Site andand/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network including text, graphics, images, informationobtained from licensors, and other material contained on the YEC Site are for informationaland educational purposes only. The Site is not intended to be a substitute for mental healthadvice, or professional coaching or training. Always seek the advice of your physician, or otherqualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding your specificcondition.

This Site offers a licensing program whereby YEC Members may incorporate the YEC ‘Becomean Enneagram Coach Certification’ into their commercial mentoring, coaching, or trainingprograms. Each Licensee is subject to the terms of an agreement with YEC.

Use of Content: YEC authorizes you to view or download a single copy of the audio or videosessions and workbook solely for your personal, noncommercial use.

The Site is protected by copyright under the United States and foreign laws. Title to the Siteremains with YEC. Any use of the Site not expressly permitted by these terms and conditions isa breach of these terms of conditions and may violated copyright, trademark and other laws.The Site and its features are subject to change or terminate without notice in the editorialdiscretion of YEC. If you violate any of these terms and conditions, your permission to use theSite automatically terminates.

This is being presented for your personal use. Subject to your payment of any applicablemembership fees and your compliance with all other terms of the Site, YEC grants you non-exclusive non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, limited right and license to access the Site,and use the YEC ‘Become an Enneagram Coach Certification,’ and/or Endorsement(s) toprepare and apply for certification and/or join Your Enneagram Coach—The Network. 

No Reproduction of Materials: The materials on the Site and and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network are protected under state and federal copyright and trademark law. Byaccessing the material on the Site, you do not obtain any ownership interest or rights to thematerial found on the Site, nor are you permitted to create any derivative works of suchmaterial—including the creation of your own enneagram coaching certification program. Allrights to the content of the Site, or the content or material thereon, automatically terminatethe permission or license granted by us hereunder. Copyright and trademark infringement areviolations of federal and state law, and are subject to criminal and civil penalties.

Liability of YEC and its Licensors: The use of the YEC Site and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network is at your own risk. When using the YEC Site and Network, information will betransmitted over a medium which is beyond the control and jurisdiction of YEC. Accordingly,YEC assumes no liability for or relating to the delay, failure, interruption or corruption of anydata or other information transmitted in connection with use of the YEC Site or Network

The YEC Site, YEC ‘Become an Enneagram Coach Certification,’ Endorsement(s) and/or YourEnneagram Coach—The Network are provided on an “as is” basis. YEC and its licensors, to thefullest extent permitted by law, disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, statutory orotherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties rights and fitness for a particular purpose. Specifically, YEC makesno representations or warranties about the following:

1. The accuracy, reliability, completeness, currentness or timeliness of the YEC ‘Become anEnneagram Coach Certification‘ and Endorsement(s), the materials, the text, graphics, links,or communications provided on or through the use of the Site.

2. The effectiveness of the YEC ‘Become an Enneagram Coach Certification,’ Endorsement(s)and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network in helping you to become certified as aCoach or to reach any personal goal.

In no event, shall YEC, its licensors or any third parties mentioned on the YEC Site be liable forany damages (including without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personalinjury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, YEC ‘Become an EnneagramCoach Certification,’ Endorsement(s) and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network whetherbased on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not YEC is advisedof the possibility of such damages. YEC is not liable for any personal injury, including death,caused by the use or misuse of the Site, the YEC ‘Become an Enneagram Coach,’Endorsement(s) and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network. Any claims arising inconnection with your use of the Site, the YEC ‘Become an Enneagram Coach Certification’program, Endorsement(s) and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network must be broughtwithin one year of the date of the event giving rise to such action occurred. Remedies underthese Terms and Conditions are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for inthese Terms and Conditions YEC hereby specifically disclaims any responsibility for failure byany applicant to pass or earn coaching certification. There is no guarantee of success. YEChereby specifically disclaims all responsibility to a Licensee.

No Unlawful or Prohibited use/Intellectual Property: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to access and use the Site and/or Your Enneagram Coach—TheNetwork strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site,you warrant to YEC that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibitedby these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable,overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of theSite. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any meansnot intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.

All content included as a part of the Site and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network such astext, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on theSite and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network, is the property of YEC and protected bycopyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree toobserve and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictionscontained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale,create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found onthe Site and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network. YEC content is not for resale. Your useof the Site and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network does not entitle you to make anyunauthorized use of the YEC ‘Become an Enneagram Coach Certification,’ Endorsement(s) or ofany protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights orattribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without express written permission ofYEC. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We donot grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of YEC or ourlicensors except as expressly authorized by these terms and conditions. Achieving CoachingCertification does not afford an applicant or member with any ownership rights to YEC or theSite, its content and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network. 

General Restrictions: You may not transfer, copy or display the YEC ‘Become an EnneagramCoach Certification,’ Endorsement(s) and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network except aspermitted herein. In addition, you may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sublicense orotherwise assign any right to the YEC ‘Become an Enneagram Coach Certification,’Endorsement(s) and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network to any third party. You may notattempt to disable, bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any digital rightsmanagement system used as part of the Site for any commercial or illegal purpose.

Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold YEC, its officers, directors, employees,agents, licensors and suppliers harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands,liabilities and settlements, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting feesresulting from or alleged to result from your use of the Site, from your certification result, fromfailure of certification, from failure of your coaching practice, from failure of you to beemployed as a coach.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, withoutrespect to its conflicts of law principles. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions arefound to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provisionshall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, whichshall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall bedeemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term orcondition.

Complete Agreement, Except as Expressly Provided in a Particular “Legal Notice” on theYEC Site: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and YECwith respect to the use of the YEC Site, YEC ‘Become an Enneagram Coach Certification,’Endorsement(s) and/or Your Enneagram Coach—The Network. Your use of the YEC Site and/orYour Enneagram Coach—The Network is also subject to the YEC disclaimers and policiesposted herewith.
