Service Description

In the Exploring You series, we’ll spend five sessions walking through worksheets specific to your type and how it plays out for you. The basic outline includes:

1.     Paths and Internal Messages

2.     Instinctual Center and Relationship Issues

3.     Wings and Levels of Alignment

4.     Childhood Patterns and Defense Mechanisms

5.     Implications of Grace and Going Deeper

I will ask you questions about your experience with the material and as we consider your relationship with these tendencies together, you will gain understanding and awareness of why you do what you do and how to move forward into growth and greater wholistic health.

I charge $75 per 50-minute session or $350 for the entire five-session series.
