Service Description

(55 minutes) You completed all 5 sessions, but you still have more uncovering of yourself, God and how you connect with the relationships closest to you that desire to continue. Schedule ongoing sessions with me that are focused on the areas you want to continue to grow (relationship issues, unhealthy patterns, emotional triggers, limiting thoughts etc). We also focus more in depth on developing and applying skills of self compassion, curiosity with ourselves and others, connection, as well as communication as tools to help you continue the work you’ve already begun to deepen your relationship with yourself, God and others. If you desire to continue experiencing more freedom and depth in your life, these sessions are a great fit! Rate is per session.
