They have shown that two people who can each lift one-hundred pounds, if they work together, can lift three hundred. What manager would not want that kind of results for his or her team? The problem is, each member has to be lifting equally, which can be very hard to sustain.

At Enneacoach, our Enneagram experts have significant experience and training helping teams and managers draw out the maximum potential from their teams. We have found that as much as 75% of team problems come from contrasting personalities, all of which can be solved by understanding one another.

We have a surefire platform that can transform groups of individuals into true teams. The price for any team is $60 per hour with curricula for each hour of the workshop, plus $30 for each team member. Minimum time: 1 hour. Maximum time: 5 hours, plus half an hour per team member.

First hour: A look at the Enneagram and each type’s value to any team. This is a great time to learn how any personality type can fit into any role.

Half an hour typing interviews with each team member to determine what their type and pain points are ideally follows next.

Second hour: Guided team conversation about each member’s type. This is a great time to learn how every type has needs and how to fill them.
