I am excited that you are here! I have 25 years of experience in people centric occupations including CEO, HR Manager, and legal assistant. In seeking to understand my own life experiences together with my occupational experiences, becoming an Enneagram coach was a natural pathway into a new and different way of continuing to help people reach their highest potential.

I enjoy reading and learning new things. I teach a fitness format, Rev+ Flow that is a low impact and high intensity format at my church twice a week. One of my most favorite places is the beach. It is truly my happy place.
