Hello! Welcome to your journey of growth with the Enneagram!
I found the Enneagram in late 2019, and was amazed at the insights which finally explained WHY I behave the way I do. As someone who has often been told I’m not “good enough” to achieve the levels of success I desire, I’ve spent a lot of time trying to understand who I am and what my strengths and pitfalls are. The Enneagram is the first tool that truly resonated with me and helped me finally become aware of my behaviors, the WHY behind them, and provided insights into how to manage them effectively.
I’ve spent 25 years working in a corporate setting, just trying to survive. After discovering the Enneagram and beginning to incorporate my growth through this tool into my approach at work, I began to thrive! I am now able to relate to others on an individual basis vs role based identity and communication with all levels of my organization has greatly improved.
On a personal note: I grew up in Lincoln, NE, but have spent the last 16 years in the Charlotte, NC area. My passions include ballroom dancing, playing with my blind Miniature Schnauzer, Ollie, and attending live theater performances. My life is lived fully and with immense gratitude!
