Hi! I’m Sandra. I am a trainer & coach called to build disciples by equipping and empowering you to live a grace filled life of connection. I can help you increase your self-awareness and shed unhealthy habits and expectations to give space for the leading of the Holy Spirit in your everyday life.

I have spent over 20 years in the business world aiding clients, supervising staff, and training others. In all the positions and different companies along the way, I found my greatest joy when I was helping others learn and grow more confident in themselves and what they have to contribute. I now use coaching, workshops, and retreats to create safe spaces for my clients to grow, prioritize and move forward.

I passionately believe that God created each of us with a unique set of gifts, talents, and experiences. Each of us are created in the image of God with purpose and we experience our greatest joy when we become grounded in our identity in Christ and use our gifts to do God’s work . . . not just in “ministry” but in the way we live every day.

I would love to come alongside of you and help you find clarity, build confidence, and get connected to yourself, to God, and to the community around you so you can be empowered to live your best life and be about the Father’s business.

Customized coaching for you. I will help you take a realistic look at what is working in your life & what isn't. Together we'll clarify the growth and change you desire most and we'll execute a plan to make it happen. I'll then help you apply all you've learned into your everyday life (personal, professional, and spiritual). Price is per session. We will start with a free introductory consult & together determine the number of sessions that fits your needs & budget.

Discover what you love, what you are good at, and how you can step into your God given calling & gifts. Set time aside with me to examine four essential components of career, business or college major selection. Are you looking for fun activities to do with your girlfriends? What if that activity was not only fun but also helped you learn more about yourself & each other? Invite me into your crew for an hour or two and I'll show you the fun side of the Enneagram and how it can actually help you be better friends.(max 10 people, price = $125 an hour + $10 per person)

Pretty much the same thing as above, just with a professional twist. We will still have fun, but we will focus on how your Enneagram type & that of your coworkers effects your working relationships. Great for teams dealing with interpersonal struggles or teams that just want to know how to work better together. (2 hours of training in 1 or 2 sessions, pricing = $250 + $15 per person)
