Leah Heflin

Seeing others grow personally and professionally and improve their relationships is my passion.

Growing up in North Texas, Leah was a preachers kid (PK) and the middle child of 3, bookended by 2 brothers. Early on, her father (Type 9) and mother (Type 2) instilled in her a love for helping people. She graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and taught public school for a short period of time. God had other plans for Leah’s life and so she found herself living in Austin, Texas working in the fast paced high-tech industry. During her 25 years working in Corporate America Leah was involved in the Women’s Employee Resource Group and facilitated workshops to help others gain confidence and find their purpose. She has 10 years experience managing teams and 9 years experience focusing on building professional development skills for those in Supply Chain roles within the company . After 25 years Leah pivoted from working in a corporate setting to a life long dream of having her own company that is focused on helping others, both personally and professionally. Leah currently lives in Central Texas with her husband Don, her mother-in-law Mary and 2 fur babies Scout and Piper. She loves spending time with her family and doing most outdoor activities as well as volunteering at her local church as “teaching pastor” and “hospitality”. Leah is a Type 1 with a strong wing 2.
