Josi is a former ministry leader turned Coach & Facilitator who helps people step more fully into their identity and capacity as unique and gifted individuals within their context.
Josi has experience facilitating and training individuals with the Enneagram and working with an organization called LK10. Josi enjoys guiding individuals to skillfully attune to themselves and those around them, recognize their personal strengths and gifts, and develop those strengths to grow as emotionally mature, whole brained, well rounded leaders. Josi loves to combine relational brain science with easily applicable tools (the Enneagram!) and rhythms to create lasting change and vibrant living.
Josi loves reading, learning, playing and teaching music, and spending time on the ranch where she resides with her husband and two young daughters.
