Josephine Koller
About
Empowering clients to rediscover the truth that each of them is blessed to be a blessing!
As a certified Enneagram Coach, Josephine believes the Enneagram is a powerful tool to spark dialogue for greater healing. She works with individuals, couples, students, teams, and churches to experience personal breakthrough from their anxiety, frustration, and shame to experience radical transformation. As an Enneagram Social 2, Josephine loves to fully know and be known, bringing relational depth and practical change into each coaching session.
Josephine spent nearly a decade in the education field empowering undeserved youth in low-income communities as a high school math teacher turned college counselor. In this new season of motherhood during the pandemic, Josephine continues to grow in her strengths as a developer and maximizer through Enneagram coaching.
When she’s not busy learning and growing in Enneagram wisdom, you can also find Josephine amplifying voices within the Korean American community on her podcast, Koller Commentary, where she bridges gaps by sharing stories from guests of various Enneagram Types who reflect on their intergenerational trauma and how their courage has allowed them to slowly break cycles for future generations to come.
Josephine won her 4th grade school spelling bee, got a concussion right before homecoming in 10th grade from playing Red Rover at church, and barely survived the 7-day summit to Mt. Kilimanjaro with her steadfast Enneagram 9 husband.
