Most people struggle with knowing themselves on a deeper level. I coach individuals and groups to discover why they act and react in ways that sometimes undermine their success.
Elwood Jones is first a husband, father and local pastor of a multicultural diverse church.
In addition to being a community organizer Elwood is a spiritual director, life coach, certified enneagram coach, community reconciler and trained leader.
Elwood has over 35 years of teaching, training and facilitating coaching models and has counseled and coach emerging leaders all over the country.
Along with being the lead Pastor of a multicultural church, Elwood is on the the national board of biblical diversity with Converge and on the board of directors with Converge Mid-Atlantic.
