This is the journey I have walked. I discovered the Enneagram 6 years ago and I haven’t looked back. As I have uncovered who I am, I want to help you do the same.
My personal journey with the Enneagram helped me realize my focus of attention is outwards towards others and that meant I was asleep to my own needs, wants, and desires. I said “yes” when I meant “no” and this led me down a road that included a divorce. I navigated life as a single parent all the while working as a preschool teacher and earning my AA from Santa Rosa Junior College in 2016 at the age of 47 proving it’s never too late to achieve your goals.
My AA is in Social and Behavioral Sciences. I have taken many classes in Child Development and Psychology through SRJC and Sonoma State University. I am a Certified Enneagram Coach through Your Enneagram Coach and I also completed a 6-month Enneagram Coach Training through The Enneagram Workshop.
My desire is to help women walk through similar journeys that I have walked through. I know what it is to pick up the shattered pieces of my life and to begin again. I have parented many children and taught professionally for 12 years, specializing in Social Emotional Curriculum. I have learned to discern my own voice and to follow the Lord as best I can.
The Enneagram has shown me my personal path for growth and revealed the hidden ways that led to the forgetting of myself. It has allowed me to move out of survival mode and have the space and energy to follow my dreams. I have learned to value my own identity and to practice self-care so I can more fully serve and enjoy my “people.” I am married to my best friend. I have 4 beautiful adult children and a handful of vibrant grandchildren who bring me much joy. I enjoy reading, gardening, and hiking.
Having formed Breath of Heaven Coaching in 2021, I will provide a safe space for you to discover, grow, and transform into the woman God has created you to be.
