As the founder of Stagnant to Stilettos, I’m passionate about coming alongside you and sharing my knowledge of the Enneagram to guide you as you lean into your God-given purpose, rise to your highest potential, and enjoy your journey in the process!

I have been intrigued by human behavior and personality studies since my early childhood. I was fascinated with analyzing my parents’ Temperament Assessments upon their return from Tim and Beverly LaHaye seminars. I loved diving into the 4 personality types made popular by Fred & Florence Littauer. As a senior in high school, I wrote my Senior term paper on the subject of the four temperaments.

Being a lifelong learner, I was so thankful to be introduced to the Enneagram by my two adult nieces, who have always known my interest in personality studies. I was blessed to find Jeff and Beth McCord, and later, the “Your Enneagram Coach” program in 2020. I’m proud to have become a certified Enneagram Coach in 2022.

Like many others, I have walked through various seasons of hurt that I avoided confronting. So much happened, so fast, and I thought I had dealt with it. Then I became a victim of my circumstances by allowing life to happen to me, instead of using it for my growth. Since being on this journey, after twenty plus years of wearing a crown of hurt, guilt and shame, I made the choice to trade it in for a new crown of health, happiness, and freedom. Through it all, God has continued to walk with me, turning things around, and giving me joy in the journey.

Having enjoyed 27 years of marriage to my supportive and fun loving husband, Erik, being a music, youth and children’s minister for 30 plus years, growing up in a ministry home, and my life experiences, I am excited about using my insight and my knowledge of personality types and the Enneagram to serve others!

For fun, I love investing time in my forever mate, Erik, family, friends, and  seven fur babies. I love the beach and mountains. I enjoy traveling and discovering new places. I also love fashion, feeling fabulous, and facts.
