My name is Peg Christensen and I live in Council Bluffs, Iowa and serve as a founding member of Citylight Council Bluffs Church.
I was introduced to the gospel of Jesus when I was 21 at a local Baptist church in Council Bluffs and was born again on May 2nd in 1976. My life was dramatically changed and I was mentored by a godly woman who taught me the foundational truths of my newfound faith.
Not long after I came to faith in Christ, I met and married a wonderful Christian man who has walked with the Lord since he was a young boy. We had two children which we raised to love and serve the Lord. And to our greatest joy, now 43 years later, both love the Lord and serve him and are raising our 7 grandchildren to embrace the gospel of Christ.
In 2018 I received my Board Certification as an Advanced Christian Life Coach and recently gained training in The Trauma Healing Institute as a facilitator and am now a certified Enneagram Coach as well.
*I received training as a Board Certified Master Life by the AACC, as a coach and disciple women through both Reach Up Coaching and Citylight Council Bluffs Church as a Deacon of Care
*I am a retired nurse and have a BS in Marketing Management & Business Development
*Master Facilitator for The Trauma Healing Institute and help serve as a facilitator to healing groups.
*I am trained in Spiritual Formation and Identity Formation, Mental Health Coaching, Certified Enneagram Coach, Transition & Change and Induction Bible study.
As I approached the “retirement years” I was very excited about changing gears to becoming a Life Coach which has been the perfect fit for this season.
