Paige Risley is the co-founder of We Recruit Well. With over 10 years of experience in the remote and hybrid staffing industry, she oversees all aspects of client onboarding and operations. Paige is a certified Enneagram Coach which she utilizes to facilitate workplace communication and collaboration. Paige holds a BA in Elementary Education and a MA in Education and Curriculum. Encouraging healthy communication has been a passion, especially while raising two boys and being knee-deep in all things sports. She’s won the family fantasy football regular season twice and is willing to offer tips on drafting a winning team. Paige and her husband of over 30 years live on Lake Oconee, GA, and love to spend time with family. They have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and an adventurous grandson.
