About

Exploring the world of sports & the Enneagram through the lens of love, grace and purpose.

Do you ever wonder why people act the way they do? Or why you do? I’ve always been fascinated by personalities and what makes people the way they are. I used to spend hours on end doing those goofy tests on the internet. While they were fun, they never gave me the answers I was searching for.  The MBTI was closer, but discovering the Enneagram was life-changing. For the first time, I could see how my core motivations shaped my behaviors. More importantly, I could see a path for growth to become a healthier version of myself.

I grew up in the world of competitive sports. I’d won titles and awards when I was younger, but I always felt a bit of panic when I was doing well or when I felt like people were watching me. Discovering the power of the mind made a huge difference in my confidence levels. Mental training and goal setting are just some of the tools that can make the difference between a good outcome and a bad one–whether it’s in sports, business, school or life. I started a project called Enneathlete, which (in part) blends the world of sports with the Enneagram.

I’d love to help you learn more about yourself. As you do, you’ll be able to give yourself and others grace to be who they were created to be. This leads to healthier relationships with yourself and others. Self-awareness can also lead to more fulfilling and authentic relationships, as you can experience a deeper level of understanding and connection with those around you.

*Non-faith based approach also available.

REVIEWS

“Enneathlete has been such a phenomenal resource for me. While I am no longer in competitive sports, I find the information and tools highly applicable to my life – both at home and in a high intensity job. I learn more about myself – and why I react to things the way I do – with every post. My increasing understanding of how I am wired has been incredibly useful. Even better, I work on an incredibly diverse team and the insights I have gained into how they see the world has helped me meet them where they are at and made me a better leader.” – Kathy (Type 6)

“Michelle is a gifted coach and athlete. She is also a kind and compassionate person that has the knowledge, experience and drive to help others attain their best self. Her Enneathlete posts are positive, informative, and contain a lot of fascinating information about the types of people and their characteristics. They help me understand others, which has helped in relationships and in understanding myself.” – Nancy (Type 7)
