As an ordained Lutheran Pastor and Sibling in the Order of Lutheran Franciscans, my practice is rooted in the Christian Tradition. I focus on God’s grace and strive for a holistic and inclusive approach that honors my clients’ varied traditions and backgrounds. I am LGBT-affirming.

Along with the Enneagram, I use embodied mindfulness and various Christian spiritual practices such as Lectio Divina, Daily Examen, Centering Prayer, etc., as appropriate for each person’s needs.

The Enneagram is one of many tools I use to guide my conversations. Together, we work to gain clarity about being your most authentic self and how to be more confident and aligned with the God-given purpose for your life. Coaching relies on the principle “A question is worth more than a dozen answers.” You are the expert on yourself; so through good questions and insight, I can help you find more meaningful and lasting solutions and insights to implement in your life.
