As a former passenger on the merry-go-round of “ordinary” life, Kristy knows first-hand how we can become tied down with the stressors of this society.
Through many years of research, transformation and guidance with others, she realized there is a different way to view life with more awareness of her soul and actions. Along her journey, Kristy has collected a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, is a Certified Life Coach, completed Spiritual Counseling Classes and is a Certified Enneagram Coach.
As your personal facilitator, Kristy believes she can help you to lean into life experiences with the Enneagram as a daily tool for self-awareness and expanding faith.
