Thank you for making this stop on your journey! Allow me to introduce myself. I am a wife, mother of two amazing kids along with a fur baby, and an educator. I come from a family of educators and have been serving in the field for over 18 years in various capacities. Throughout my life, the one thing that has remained consistent is my extreme passion for developing people.

Yet not long ago, I was stuck—stuck in disappointment, discouragement, and doubt. Even though I had a good life and a loving family, there was still a problem I couldn’t solve. A counselor introduced me to the tool of the Enneagram through the lens of the gospel, and my life has forever changed. I went from being lost to being found, seen, and known! The knowledge I gained transformed both me and my relationships for the better. This transformation motivated me to become a certified Enneagram Coach and to launch Compass Coaching Connection, LLC.
