I am Heather an Enneagram 7, I have been married 22 years to my high school sweetheart and together we have 3 teenagers, my husband and I work in the church, and I had been working full time for 5 years in accounting. Trying to find the balance between working full time and being a mom threw me into a tailspin. I quickly went into what felt like crazy mode filled with anxiety and panic attacks. I hated who I was becoming and felt entirely defeated.

In March of 2020 I hired a health coach who helped me release 30 pounds. Around that same time I found the enneagram that allowed me to see the world through a filter other than my own. It enabled me to own who I am and stop being held back by destructive beliefs. It didn’t take long after this radical transformation that I knew I wanted to help as many people as I could achieve the same freedom that I had found.

I have had the privilege of helping dozens of clients reach their weight loss goals all while becoming more confident in who they are. I love watching the light come on behind my clients eyes as they understand the “why’s” behind their behaviors and responses to life.
