Colleen Riggott

My name is Colleen and I’m a single mom to 3 amazing adult kids. In my professional capacity, I’ve spent almost 2 decades as a property manager and a real estate agent. Coaching and the Enneagram have become integral tools in my day-to-day life.

My story with coaching begins with my second home – My church in Farmington, CT. Here I was first introduced to the coaching paradigm. I completed a life coaching certification program through Bridges Coaching in 2021 and was introduced to the Enneagram the same year.

The Enneagram has been powerful and transformational for me personally. Through the lens of the Enneagram, my life story from early childhood began to make sense! My relationships are thriving now that I understand the different ways people are motivated. I’ve learned to live from curiosity and really listen to the hearts of women in the small groups I lead and as I build teams at church.

I think of one word consistently when I think of the Enneagram – FREEDOM! Freedom to discover the lies that hinder us and replace them with truth, love and hope. Freedom to embrace our full God-given identity. Freedom to live our passions and dreams.
