My name is Cassandra Bates, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Michigan and have active status as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I received my master’s degree in counseling through Spring Arbor University in 2018 and have completed several additional trainings and certifications. I am a certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor (CAADC) through the Michigan Certification Board of Addiction Professionals (MCBAP), I have completed Gottman Couples counseling levels I and II, completed Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and I am excited to announce that I am also now an Enneagram Informed Mental Health Professional. I have professional experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, premarital/marriage counseling, addiction and recovery, pornography, gambling, parenting, life transitions, spiritual guidance, and more. I have benefited from the wisdom of the Enneagram in my own life experiencing growth personally as well as improvements in my marriage relationship and as a parent to my children. I have witnessed positive results from incorporating the enneagram as a resource in my professional capacity as a counselor; I look forward to supporting those who are interested in learning more about and applying an understanding of the enneagram and the truth of God’s promises.
