My name is Carol, and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and Jungian psychotherapist. I love to help people grow spiritually and foster a greater understanding of themselves through individuation. Individuation is the metamorphosis we all go through to discover our own identities. Everyone has their own journey, but individuation leads us to an understanding of who we are, what makes us unique, and what we’re capable of independently from others.

The Enneagram is a powerful tool that can fast-track your journey of individuation and self-discovery and help you understand yourself better. It can help you answer recurring questions about yourself, your motivations, and why you do what you do.

I have spent many years honing my skills in business, team building, ministry, and the mental health profession. I have supported adults who were abused as children for much of that time–including but not limited to neglect, emotional, verbal, physical, and sexual abuse, pregnancy loss, post-abortion trauma, adoption struggles, grief loss, and relationship difficulties.

Family is the bedrock of my life. This year my husband and I celebrate 44 years of marriage. Our family includes two sons and their partners, one daughter who is graduating from high school this year, three beautiful grandchildren, and a lovable Golden Doodle named Skye. I enjoy kayaking, golfing, being in the woods, and relaxing with friends and family.
