Calley Welch

My name is Calley Welch. I am a lover of Jesus, wife to Jesse, mother to Ian, Kira and Evie. I am a One-to-One, Enneagram Type 1 and the owner of Designed to Grow Enneagram Coaching. I use a Christ Centered Approach as a Certified Enneagram Coach. I’ve been studying the Enneagram since 2018 and have had my own amazing transformation through the saving grace of the Gospel Message of Christ and have been growing through the use of the amazing tool of the Enneagram. It is my desire to see others begin and continue this beautiful process of growing in their walk with the Lord and with themselves.

The day I figured out that I was an Enneagram Type 1, was the day that I wept over being finally seen and known. That may seem extreme, but I experienced freedom, awareness, joy, fear, vulnerability and understanding all wrapped up in one giant wave of emotions. I felt like, for the first time in my life, I actually made sense. I wasn’t crazy. I wasn’t alone. I wasn’t a bad person. Rather, I was intricately and beautifully crafted and known.

I want to invite you into this same opportunity of knowing yourself and being known. I want to encourage you to take the brave step into discovering how you were designed, who you are and whose you are. Looking into the deep hidden places within us can be a daunting task, but it is my heart to join you in this journey of discovery, using the tool of the Enneagram to do so. A Christ centered approach to the Enneagram allows us to use it as a flashlight to illuminate the hidden motivations that inform our behaviors and actions throughout any day. The foundations of this tool have always been inspired by a desire to grow and develop. Pairing it with the transformational power of the Gospel Message of Christ will help us to customize your personal growth with the Lord in such a way that you will see and experience what you’ve always longed for but haven’t been able to acquire. When we do not know what it is that motivates us to behave or think or act in certain unhealthy ways, we cannot truly entrust those things to the Lord to find true freedom from them.
