My heart as an Enneagram coach is to guide others toward deeper self-awareness so they can live, relate, and work out of a place of greater freedom and fullness. As we do the often difficult work of engaging our story, and looking underneath the surface of ourselves and discovering our own personality biases and blind spots, we also gain a deeper understanding and compassion for others. This is my whole-hearted desire for you and for me – that we would live more present and grace-filled lives that bless our families, neighbors, co-workers, and the world.

I grew up in Birmingham, AL and attended college at Auburn University where I minored in psychology and received my Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Following graduation I joined staff with a college ministry and served in East Asia with my husband, Chris. After 3 years overseas we returned to the states and continued campus ministry at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where our family still resides. In 2019 my husband and I founded and currently direct the Gainesville Fellows Program, which is a year long spiritual and professional development program aimed at helping young professionals discern their vocational calling and equip them for leadership in the church and city. Alongside using the Enneagram with our fellows classes, I work weekly with individuals and couples both in person and via zoom. I am also a mom to 3 kids and I run a private Speech-Language Therapy practice. In my free time I love to read, listen to a record, go for a run, and get in the pool with my husband and kids – which you can almost do year-round in Florida!

With marriage being a likely possibly for us, and after both having a previously failed marriage, we wanted to do whatever possible for the best chance at a successful union.
