Transformation is my passion. A-ha, light-bulb moments are some of my favorite moments. Learning about the Enneagram was that moment for me – the moment I knew that I would never be the same. I know it will be transformational for you too.

The Enneagram is an informative tool that helps us understand ourselves (and others) better. It helps us know and understand why we do the things we do. It helps us recognize our communication styles, our relationship values, our struggles and our strengths. It reveals our fears, desires, weaknesses, and longings.

My goal as your coach is to walk with you as you discover your Enneagram type, get to know yourself better, and move toward living in the freedom of who you were created to be.

A little bit about me:
I am an Enneagram Type 2 with a strong 1 Wing. I have been married to my wonderful Type 9 hubby for 28 years. We have four amazing children (ages 14-27) and two delightful grandchildren.

On a typical day, you may find me learning something new about the Enneagram or IFS, teaching math classes, helping my two youngest navigate high school, and coaching clients. My favorite days are when all of my kiddos come home and gather together.

When I have a smidge of downtime, you may find me enjoying a movie with my hubby, drinking tea while chatting with a good friend, shopping at Hobby Lobby, watching Hallmark movies or reading a good book.

When I have a chance to get away, I love to go camping in the desert with my family. We take our trailer and quads and truly enjoy this time away. It is a beautiful and restorative time for us.

Discovering You Typing Session

In this session we will begin your journey of transformation by discovering your main Enneagram type. Often this can be done in one session, but occasionally it may take more. This session is typically about 90 minutes. Follow up Typing Sessions are $95 for a 50-55min session. Couples can do individual typing sessions or together. Couples typing session is $195 for 120 minutes.

Exploring You Package

Ever wonder WHY you do what you do? Now that you have discovered your main Enneagram Type, you are ready to explore how your Type impacts your daily life - personally, relationally, spiritually, and professionally. This understanding is the next step in moving towards living in the freedom of who you were created to be!! “Grant, Lord, that I may know myself that I may know Thee.” - Augustine (quoted from The Road Back to You, by Cron & Stabile) During this 5-session series, we will use customized Guide Sheets to explore your unique Type more deeply and intentionally. The guide sheets are printable/downloadable, keep us on track during sessions, offer easy to understand information specific to your Type, and include journal prompts for continued growth between sessions. Over the course of our 5 sessions together (weekly or bi-weekly), we will discuss your core longings, desires, fears, strengths, and struggles. We will cover wings and paths for your Type, the hidden side of your Type, things that may be keeping you stuck, and so much more. Awareness is the first step to healing and personal growth. “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may know what is good and acceptable and the perfect will of God!” Romans 12:2b The Exploring You coaching package is $475.
